FREMONT, CA: BenQ, a globally recognized supplier of visual display and collaboration solutions, welcomes the newly revealed Pantone Color of the Year 2021, 17-5104 Ultimate Gray and 13-0647 Illuminating. BenQ's latest SL02K Series displays are certified by Pantone to replicate and endorse digital signage content produced in these solid, positive colors in addition to the full-color palette inside the Pantone Matching System.

"Color is an incredible influencer in design, as it is in nature," said Penny Su, Business Unit Director, Google Jamboard and Enterprise Collaboration Solutions. "The colors Pantone selected this year speak volumes in representing strength and hopefulness. Our SL02K Series ensures that every nuance of these colors is captured and supports the intent of designers through to final digital signage presentation."

One of the world's first Pantone Validated family of specialist digital signage displays 24/7 hospitality, retail, and corporate applications. The Pantone Color Mode of the BenQ SL02K Series ensures that material is broadcast in colors selected by artists and aligned with global brands. More than 10 million designers and manufacturers worldwide rely on Pantone products and services to help identify, connect and monitor color from inspiration to design.  When combined with BenQ's Pantone Validated designer Monitors, it offers an end-to-end approach that encompasses anything from content development to implementation. The displays often provide extra color versatility with fine-tuned custom color profiles, meeting the needs of a wide range of skilled artists for diverse styles of artwork and guaranteeing the branding's consistency.

Cinema Mode introduces depth and dimension that make videos shine, while Photo Mode delivers product details that are authentic and vibrant without any oversaturation or distortion of the image. Finally, M-Book Mode replicates how videos and photos are viewed on MacOS computers.

Available in 43-, 55-, 65-, 75-, and 85-inch sizes, the family of public information display panels features 4K UHD resolution paired with 500 brightness nits to help captivate passers-by. The 50,000-hour life cycle guarantees a 24/7 service without dimming. It can be installed in portrait or landscape mode to accommodate any installation. The even bezel style keeps the screen entirely covered while offering a smooth, uninterrupted aesthetic ideal either in landscape or portrait mode. Remarkable for its silent operation, the internal fan holds the device at a maximum temperature at all times. The displays are also USB plug-and-play ready, operate on an Android 8.0 architecture, and have 4GB of memory and 32GB of storage built-in. The series combines with BenQ's X-Sign CMS platform, which helps organizations create, plan and broadcast content seamlessly. With X-Sign, users can get started right away and select from hundreds of models.
