BenQ unveils a Host of True-to-Life Monitors for Image-based Professionals

Video Editing Professionals: The Company’s purpose-built monitor for professional video editing applications, PV3200PT, features a 32-inch 4K UHD resolution delivering color precision via 10, 100% sRGB color. It specializes in reproducing color tones with a Delta-E value of less than or equal to two along with a 14-bit 3D Look Up Table (LUT) to display accurate color mixture. The monitor offers consistent viewing experience. It allows users to adjust the unit’s image processing chip without altering graphic card data.

Photographers: BenQ’ 27-inch SW2700PT monitor uses a high pixel count, 10-bit color simulation, and 99 percent Adobe RGB to deliver precise details for any digital photography project. It comprises of QHD resolution, the IPS panel specializes in reproducing color tones with a Delta-E value of less than or equal to two. The 14bit 3D LUT displays accurate color mixture for improved RGB color blending. Users can tune and maintain color performance of the monitor using Palette Master Element calibration software. Shading hood, external controller and black-and-white mode are added features for hobbyists to edit and view black and white photos.

Graphic Designers: BenQ’s 24-inch PG2401PT addresses consistent color matching required for graphic designers, color re-touchers, and printers. It provides cost effective printing-certified soft proofing precision. Softproof certification and SWOP & GRACoL certifications ensure on-screen color visually match off-the-press colors for accurate reproduction. IPS panel can utilize cloud-based color proofing services including Adobe’s Creative Cloud and PantoneLIVE.

CAD/CAM and 3D Printing: BenQ will demonstrate its 32-inch 4K UHD BL3201PH professional monitor housing IPS panel that enables 178-degree horizontal and vertical viewing angles thus increases 77 percent more workspace for users. 4K graphics delivers a sharper image with higher pixel per inch. While working on multiple projects user can switch screens using picture-in-picture and picture by picture facility.

Designers: BenQ offers a 27-inch 4K2K monitors specifically for designers. With 100 percent sRGB and BenQ’s IPS technology together, users can gain precise 10-bit panel rendering over a billion hues. Certified by SolidWorks, the BL2711U also covers the Rec. 709 color space, it offers more work space compared to existing FHD displays. Featuring a CAD/CAM mode, the BL2711U allows users to work on detailed object wireframes in software packages such as Pro/E, SolidWorks, AutoCad, and CATIA.
