Birch Communications Introduces New Service Management Platform Driven by Automation
ATLANTA: Birch Communications, a solutions provider for network, cloud and IT, and communications, introduces Birch Service Alert Monitor (SAM) – a new service management platform for better service delivery pertaining to voice, internet, and data center. The new platform monitors for service disruption and alerts customers when disruption is detected. The company is looking forward to build on its automation portfolio in the coming months as it strives to buttress its service management platform.
Salient feature of Birch’s SAM include proactive monitoring of customer services as well as ticketing and troubleshooting. The service platform also sends notifications and updates directly to the affected customer as it stresses on building stronger customer relationship.
