Blue Medora Announces New management Pack for Cisco
GRAND RAPIDS, MI: Blue Medora, a software solutions company specializing in product extensions for IT infrastructure management, announces the release of their newest Management Pack for the Cisco Systems.
The Management Pack for Cisco UCS extends the functionality of VMware vRealize Operations Manager by enabling system administrators to easily and efficiently monitor and manage their system performance and troubleshoot issues related to Cisco UCS specific resources.
Building on the comprehensive visibility of vROps, Blue Medora’s latest Management Pack allows administrators to view the relation between the compute and virtual levels via a single pane of glass.
“Cisco UCS is an increasingly common component of modern data-centers and is often one of the basic building blocks of hybrid cloud environments we see our customers rolling out,” says Blue Medora CEO Nathan Owen. “We are excited to offer our customers this VMware vRealize Operations Management Pack for Cisco UCS, in combination with our growing product portfolio, to provide true visibility into the entire datacenter within VMware vRealize Operations.”
Some of the key features of the Management Pack include:
- Comprehensive monitoring of critical environment “health” information and key performance indicators through intuitive dashboards/views
- Diagnosis and remediation of alerts related to Cisco UCS resources (blades, chassis, etc.)
- Generation of easy-to-view reports to export and share system performance status and metrics with key decision makers
