The software provides payroll, back office, branding, credentialing, reporting and dashboards along with Smart Candidate Matching and Caregiver Mobile App as additional features.
Integrating with the most popular payroll systems such as QuickBooks, ADP, Paychex and Great Plains, the software aims to simplify and streamline back office processes such as billing weeks, pay weeks, overtime pay and billing. The reporting feature allows the medical staffing team to check work in a daily, weekly or monthly basis. It also provides Audit reporting with the ability to report hours, pay and revenue. The solution also allows to format and custom design invoices for each client along with credentialing through joint commission, state, region, and client to track every possible combination of required documents.
BlueSky’s Mobile App can be used to log time or used as a camera to upload a copy of a signed timesheet. It easily imports electronic time and attendance and approvals can be provided through client portals. The Caregiver feature enables viewing of schedule, confirming orders, uploading time sheets and contacting for support.
