Bracket Introduces Text Messaging to its eClinical Portfolio
WAYNE, PA: Timely communication is need of the hour; if timely alerts or reminders are not given to patients then consequences may be severe, sometimes life-threatening. A trial specialty clinical service provider, Bracket empowered its platform—Electronic Clinical Outcomes Assessments (eCOA) and Randomization and Trial Supply Management (RTSM) with new updates featuring support for text messaging with patients and other stakeholders in clinical research programs. The aspiration of Bracket is to achieve greater medication adherence and compliance across the eClinical portfolio, to support participating patients in clinical trials.

Characterizing such features, a report by JAMA Internal Medicine reports that the update contributed for 50 percent increase in adherence rates, satisfying the participants and gathered commendations for support and ease-to-use interface. Bracket is further carving its road map to integrate patient engagement tool across its product line.
