Buxton Partners With McAllen to Strengthen Tourism Development
FORT WORTH, TX: Buxton, a provider of data and analytics for site selection has announced that it has entered into a partnership with the City of McAllen, TX to strengthen the City’s retail recruitment program and tourism development strategies, according to buxtonco.com.
Buxton will identify the most promising potential retailers in the area and help McAllen to better understand who is visiting the City. As Buxton’s previous client, McAllen will have unlimited access to SCOUT, Buxton’s proprietary web-based real estate platform, giving City leaders information at their fingertips. “McAllen is a vibrant city with a growing resident and visitor population and Buxton will play an important role in shaping our retail recruitment and visitor development efforts moving forward,” said Rebecca M Olaguibel, Retail and Business Development Director at City of McAllen, TX.
