CallCabinet Allies with AudioCodes to Deliver Recording Solution for Business Skype
BOCA RATON, FL: Skype for businesses is the new trend for enterprises that provides cost effective tools for collaborating with anyone, anywhere and on any device with Microsoft’s security. With a motive to enter the market of Skype for businesses, CallCabinet has collaborated with AudioCodes. This partnership will integrate CallCabinet’s cloud infrastructure and Office 365 solutions with AudioCode’s SmartTAP call recording technology to open the doors of scalable recording solutions for Skype for Business.
CallCabinet’s ATMOS can now expand to the Skype for business markets. ATMOS is a cloud based call-recording solution that does not require any additional hardware to function and is compliant with FICA, FAIS and POPI standards. ATMOS will leverage AudioCodes’ SmartTAP call recording solution, which is designed to capture calls throughout the enterprise where compliance and liability conversations occur frequently. The integration of ATMOS with SmartTAP will provide software only, virtual platform to capture Lync and Skype for Business calls at customer premise, with the facility of storage, analytics, and retrieval from cloud. Moreover, ATMOS will employ Microsoft Azure Network that will be accessible to users around the globe with an activation period of 24 to 48 hours.
