Can Chatbots and Augmented Reality Capabilities Enhance User Experience?
With the increase in usage in proactive monitoring, advanced augmented reality, and contextual chatbots, enterprises will be able to transform user experiences in the coming years.
FREMONT, CA: Technology has so far already transformed all the industries. Starting from chatbots to augmented reality and many more, technology has responded to disruptive change and is continually reinventing itself to enhance the user experience. This year and in the coming years, organizations can expect advances in enhanced monitoring, chatbots experience, as well as augmented reality abilities.
Everyone has interacted with chatbots in their daily life at some point. Chatbots can follow a script and increase the user experience for every organization. At present, more chatbots are manufactured to help users with interactions and clarify the questions. Context, a vital role played to all the human interactions, helps the chatbots evolve quickly and attract the users. There are two ways in which chatbots evolve, signal comprehension and social interaction comprehension to name, respectively.
Signal comprehension is the ability to convert videos or images to texts. In a tech support situation, it would be effortless to send a video or photo and get the answers to the queries. Here is where chatbots pop up. IBM Watson Assistant powered chatbots can interpret visual data such as cabling configuration. Human interaction comprehension is to understand the tone, body, emotion, as well as the language and facial expressions along with the users' questions. It's not only the way how the users ask questions, but it is also the way you express the problem. If the user is the user is upset, the chatbots can decide to increase the ticket on the information.
Augmented reality is getting smarter day by day. It has even opened a new portal where real-time technical support and remote support providers can assist the users like they are physically present in the same place. With IBM Augmented Remote Tool, incorporating artificial intelligence abilities can bring innovative and exciting capabilities. Augmented reality provides a self-assisting, acoustics for anomaly detection, and vibration and thermal analysis to the users.
Self-assisting helps the application guide the users through processes without assistance from another human. Adding acoustics will enable the applications to listen to the sound and make suitable recommendations. Lastly, with vibration and thermal analysis, the application can interpret sensor data to monitor and detect the issues and determine the health of the systems and the ecosystem.
