Canon U.S.A. Launches New Application to Help Business Professionals Print Wirelessly from Their Smart Devices
FREMONT, CA: Canon U.S.A., a provider of digital imaging solutions combines mobile printing and scanning solutions into one product. The new Canon PRINT Business application enables businesses to print and scan using their iOS and Android smart devices. It comes with enhancements including NFC and cloud giving the freedom for the global workforce to get the job done from anywhere on the go.
The new capabilities introduced with Canon PRINT Business include:
Near Field Communication (NFC) support: It makes Android smartphones or tablets compatible to printer devices with built-in NFC for easy wireless connectivity. By simply touching a compatible Android device to the printer, users can print various documents from their mobile device with ease.
iCloud Integration: Enables users to easily access their iCloud files directly from the Canon PRINT Business Application on iPhone and iPad.
Keystone correction: Allows the user to adjust the dimensions of an image so that it fits correctly into a particular shape.
The Canon PRINT Business application comprises of all the features of the Canon Mobile Printing and Canon Mobile Scanning for Business applications which includes an easy-to-use interface, customizable settings, scan and print preview screens, secure printing features and a data conversion service along with new functionalities to help manage information easily.
The new application allows business professionals to print various documents, presentations, web pages or images wirelessly from their compatible iPhone or iPad devices with iOS 7 or iOS 8 and Android smartphones and tablets with OS 4 or OS 5. Before attending an off-site meeting, users can use the application to scan important files into their mobile devices
The Canon PRINT Business application also collaborates with the Canon PRINT Inkjet/SELPHY application. Both the applications can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and the Google Play.
