Capgemini Signs a 3 Year Pact with Celaton; Facilitates Enhanced Business Process Service
FREMONT, CA: With the aim of driving Artificial Intelligence (AI) into business process service, Capgemini affiliates with the AI Company Celaton. It also signed a 3 year pact to leverage Celaton’s inSTREAM cognitive learning technology.
Celaton’s inSTREAM technology mitigates human intervention in handling spam contents. It filters and allows only legitimate structured data to enter business systems. The unique ability of the inSTREAM to learn to process the information and share with its people allured Capgemini to do business with Celaton.
Holly Morgan reports for ARN.com how artificial intelligence is going to leave a significant impact on the business process outsourcing market. The collaboration enables Capgemini to increase efficiency and enhance quality of the incoming documents and queries that are to be processed to satisfy customer.
Andrew Anderson, CEO of Celaton says, “Celaton and Capgemini have committed to this global partnership. The transformational impact of AI has been proven with many organizations and yet this emerging technology is often greeted with skepticism.”
Quotes Lee Beardmore, VP, Business Services Chief Technology, Capgemini asserts thatWe are taking our delivery from debate to global implementation and are proud to partner with Celaton as a leading vendor in the business process AI space. Building on the introduction of Capgemini’s Autonomic Platform-as-a-Service, Celaton’s technology extends the penetration of cognitive computing into our delivery of business process services".
