BOSTON - CareerEncore Inc., a premier boutique recruitment firm serving the tech sector in the Greater Boston area, is proud to announce Renee Dovich has stepped into the role of CEO and owner.
After three years of producing exceptional recruiting success for CareerEncore clients, Renee was tapped by company founder and CEO Courtney Sullivan Homer to be her successor. After completing a year of increased leadership responsibility, including new business development, account management and operations, the transition to CEO and sole ownership was completed seamlessly without interruption to business success. Utilizing her 18 years of high-tech recruiting experience, recent leadership success and CareerEncores proven service model, Renee plans to scale the company by adding new clients and recruitment staff to the firm. Courtney Sullivan Homer will continue to serve as an advisor.
