ChannelLogic Delivers Hybrid IT Monitoring Platform to Consumers
With a view to prevent the changeover between the managed services and resale sides of the channel a Hybrid IT monitoring software provider, ScienceLogic launched a program ‘ChannelLogic’ for its Managed Service Providers (MSP) partners. The program provides network and hybrid cloud discovery, monitoring, automation, and guaranteed uptime which enables resellers to enter the global IT market through immediate on-boarding and training; and resell the ScienceLogic platform directly to the customers.
The program empowered MSPs with right tools, products and messaging, and enabled them to enter the $25Bn hybrid IT market. Leveraging both the lines of business—resale and managed services, ChannelLogic offers multi-year subscription license model which prevents additional training and executed monetization of the solution efficiently. "We've had a lot of success on the managed services side, but a whole section of the market was still open," added Steve Kazan, Senior Director, Channel Development, ScienceLogic.
ScienceLogic plans to equip the participating partners with training materials and tools at no cost, and to provide ongoing webinars and training with each release of the product; ScienceLogic also presents computer based self-service online training. The program provides large budget and Main Distribution Frame (MDF) allocation for lead generation programs and events of the partners. The program renders accessing and marketing of products, enables messaging, call scripts, and offers sales tools. ScienceLogic also caters deal registration protection of their partners. Dave Link, Co-Founder and CEO, ScienceLogic noted, “With payback in as little as 6 months, we believe our value added partners will find a relationship with ScienceLogic beneficial both for themselves and their customers.”
Foreseeing to expand the managed services to the customers, Kevin Detsch, SVP, Business Development, ePlus concluded, “ScienceLogic will further enhance our ability to be a ‘one-stop-shop’ to deliver cost-effective remote hybrid cloud architecture solution support for our customer’s complex, dynamic, and highly-integrated environments, across multiple manufacturers.”
