Chirag Gandhi joins McorpCX as CTO.

Mr. Gandhi will lead the company's digital solutions business in this critical role, providing the strategic vision and operational expertise to drive innovation in customer and employee listening, analysis, and insights. He will also contribute to expanding the company's technical capabilities, focusing on the organizational transformation that digitally-enabled insights can drive in our clients' businesses.

Chirag joins McorpCX after serving as Chief Architect and Head of Planning & Innovation at Grupo Salinas. He led the $5 billion conglomerate's digital transformation in customer experience, cloud, agile, and architecture. He was previously the Chief Technology Officer for $1.4 billion Mphasis and has over two decades of experience helping to increase productivity, profitability, and customer loyalty in industries such as banking, insurance, pharmaceutical, life sciences, retail, and technology.
