Cisco and Airbus Defence and Space Strengthen Partnership for New Age IT and Cybersecurity Solutions
FREMONT, CA: Cisco and Airbus Defence and Space buttress their partnership with a new agreement to build innovative products and systems in the field of SDN, cybersecurity, mobility, cloud, data intelligence, and the IoT.
According to the new agreement, the expertise and knowledge from both Cisco and Airbus Defence and Space would work in synergy to develop cutting edge services for the defense, security, and aerospace industries.
The companies have also collaborated on global sales initiative where they will work on coordinated joint go-to-market activities at both global and country levels.
Through this deal, Cisco will impart its vast networking, design, and engineering expertise along with networking equipment and infrastructure as well as make available Cisco sales and technology training programs to Airbus Defence and Space who will also resell selected networking technology.
As a Cisco Global Speciality Integrator, Airbus Defence and Space will embed Cisco technologies into its own systems and solutions and will collaborate in the development of new solutions.
