The latest version of the solution adds Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service feature and merchandising solutions to share the insights between products, stores, resource planning and pricing. These business capabilities help the retailer in managing resources along with the financial planning, identifying and forecasting the demands of the customer. The new Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service has improved the customer’s experience by eventually helping the retailer in building a long run relationship with the customer.
Oracle has not only introduced the Oracle Retail Xstore Point-of-Service but has also integrated it with other Oracle SaaS offerings like Oracle Retail Merchandising System, Oracle Retail Price Management and Oracle Retail Sales Audit. The integration of such Oracle SaaS applications helps the data flow of the products and services to be transparent among the customers and the retailers.
Oracle Retail 15.0 also helps retailers to manage their ERP and customer satisfaction ratings to the utmost level with greater efficiency and insights. The algorithms provided by Oracle to its solution cuts off the time when compared to the actual time taken for the same process by the retailer as well as the customer.
