Cloud4Wi Acquires Hadabeen to Combine Wi-Fi and Beacon Based Platforms
SAN FRANCISCO, CA: Cloud4Wi, a provider of open Wi-Fi engagement platform has acquired Hadabean which developed human adaptive behavior analysis platform and creator of isProximity-a cloud marketing solution.

Cloud4Wi offers cloud platform to host guest Wi-Fi access, engage online visitors and collect customer’s behavioral data through analytics, improving their services. Powered by a SDK and open API, the Cloud4Wi platform enables companies to build web applications and customized location-based user journey including push marketing and advertising messages. It can integrate easily with different Wi-Fi equipment vendors, support any Wi-Fi network architecture with or without a controller to ensure flexibility and enhance a legacy Wi-Fi network.
The isProximity Cloud Platform delivers proximity marketing campaigns by utilizing Mobile Apps and leverages analytics to monitor marketing campaign performance. The Hadabean will accommodate Cloud4Wi with capabilities such as advertising and Big Data, cloud platform deployment, mobile apps development, iBeacon, and customer analytics.
