Customer Contact Week is headed to Nashville!

Nashville – Customer Contact Week, the world’s largest customer contact event series recently announced that they are heading to Nashville, TN this coming January 15-18, 2019 to kick of their 20th anniversary celebration! CCW will be bringing together 550+ customer contact professionals who will have the opportunity to learn, network and strategize during the 4 day event.
