Cyara Brings In First of Its Kind Automated IVR Mapping Software
SANFRANCISCO, CA: Cyara, provider of an omni-channel customer experience testing and monitoring platform unveils Cyara Crawler, automated software that explores, maps and documents interactive voice response (IVR) applications and creates Cyara test cases.
Cyara Crawler cuts down the cost and time by substituting the manually-intensive processes with automation and therefore brings with it a new customer experience capability to the market. The software becomes more significant particularly because of the requirement for frequent update in IVR applications to improve the customer experience.
Cyara Crawler functions by placing synthetic calls to existing IVRs to reverse engineer the call flows, which is a the cloud-based, technology-agnostic and non-intrusive platform. The robust solution replaces inaccurate or out-of-date documentation with accurate, as-built documentation thus wiping out pain of immense manual effort taken for writing test cases.
The other key features offered by Cyara Crawler include: elimination of 90 percent of manual test creation; usage of sophisticated speech-to-text technology; constant updates over scripts to ensure forward agility; ability to begin crawls at any point and creation of graphically interactive map of call flows
“The ability to rapidly and continuously innovate to provide an exceptional customer experience is critical in today’s omni-channel world. Crawler will transform a company’s ability to improve its customer experience more effectively and with agility,” pinpoints Alok Kulkarni, Cyara CEO and Founder.
