OCEANSIDE, CA: DaaSle, a Veeam Cloud Provider (VCP) and an IBM Business Partner, has recently launched DAASLE.DRS, a Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) Solution based in the IBM SoftLayer Cloud. This cloud repository serves as a remote data storage site and failover site that maximizes investment and provides functional risk reduction.

The cloud service lets clients synchronize their data and applications with virtual hosted systems in the cloud and it provides the ability to failover to the cloud in the event of an outage to systems on-site. DAASLE.DRS will be a lucrative option to companies in the healthcare, financial, legal, academic, media and entertainment market segments, that is, the industries that have regulatory and compliance challenges.

Clients with requirements for test and development prior to rollout or rollback of new production systems, especially highly customized code in cloud environments will be served through the Virtual Lab Sandbox.

The company believes that customers with a business critical virtualized IT infrastructure seeking to avoid the extreme costs of recovering from any systems outage or security breach should take a test drive. Especially, companies with Microsoft Active Directory Exchange, SharePoint, Hyper-V and SQL deployed will be able to extract more refined, granular approach to data recovery.
