Danlaw enhances its automotive embedded solutions by acquiring Rapita
NOVI, MI: Danlaw, Inc. reinforced its embedded software solutions by acquiring real-time verification solutions provider Rapita Systems Ltd. Rapita is well known for designing and providing solutions for automotive and aerospace industry. Danlaw, by using tools of Rapita, foresee to leverage its automotive electronics and embedded engineering solutions.

With the integration of Rapita products, Danlaw has strengthened its portfolio by including on-target testing of Rapita. Rapita’s portfolio includes analytical tool such as ‘RapiTime’ which outputs worst-case execution time, and guides your optimization efforts through execution time measurement statistics. ‘RapiCover’ serves as a measurement tool that involves testing processes such as system testing and integration testing. Enterprises can limit themselves within time frame with another solution by Rapita, ‘RapiTestFramework’, with less time consuming Unit testing and module based testing. Whereas ‘RapiTask’ helps to understand the loopholes that may occur holistically while carrying out tasks with embedded systems having complex scheduling characteristics.
While Danlaw’s Chairman, Raju Dandu, welcomed Rapita team by further adding that the firm stood suitable to acquire as it perfectly fulfills its requirement to expand globally. Danlaw aimed to improve its engineering solutions division and work aggressively towards set goals with the acquisition.
