Data Analysis Becomes Easier with the New Tableau Software
FREMONT, CA: Tableau Software, a provider of business intelligence, data visualization, data analysis and dashboards, releases its latest software Tableau 9.1. The software makes it easier for people to analyze data anywhere and anytime. The new features provide options for connecting to data in an easier and secure manner.
The new Tableau Mobile App is completely revamped tomake it easier for people to search, interact and manage content on the go. Offline Snapshots save favorite views that can be seen offline. The capabilities such as Single Sign On for SAP HANA and support for SAP variables, Mutual SSL Authentication, Product Updates, Scheduled Active Directory Sync, and Rest API updates make it easier for users to deliver self-service analytics at scale.
Tableau 9.1 provides more connectivity options and opens up new opportunities to connect to any web data through the web data connector. Moreover, the update includes new native connectors to Google Cloud SQL, Amazon Aurora and support for several data services from Microsoft Azure.
With the help of geographical data, in Tableau 9.1 people can ask and answer overt questions, create histograms with less effort and make use of user experience improvements. Moreover, the Story Points experience has also been updated with a new, smooth auto scroll experience and colors.
