Raw Engineering appoints Dennis Garayalde as Director of Product Management to lead the company's digital roadmap.
SAN FRANCISCO: Leading provider of innovative and robust digital solutions, Raw Engineering announces the appointment of Dennis Garayalde as Director of Product Management. Previously, Garayalde was the Director of Product Strategy for the Miami HEAT, where he led the digital roadmap for the team's award-winning Digital Strategy and Innovation division.
In this new role, Garayalde will use his experience to enhance further the company's Digital Fan Experience Platform, which allows the world's most successful sports franchises to better connect with their fans during match time beyond. He will widen the product roadmap, lead the team's exploration and vetting of the latest technology innovation, and develop the go-to-market strategy and product deployment within sports teams and other industries.
Dennis possesses expertise in fan engagement marketing, in-depth technical knowledge, hands-on business operations experience, and a strong understanding of NBA operations. Beyond his wealth of experience, he has a can-do attitude and a proven track record of developing incredible innovation with the Raw Engineering team. Throughout the past three years, Garayalde has served the Raw Engineering team to boost the Miami HEAT's digital fan experience. The HEAT's mobile application goes beyond the Arena's physical and digital limits to engage fans in a highly personalized way. It has been known as one of the first NBA apps to offer both ticketless entry and cashless arena experience.
Good digital experiences and contactless technology have been proven as business necessities. The NBA has navigated the charge in adapting to the present pandemic. Dennis believes that this approach will continue to inspire the rest of the industry to use technology to solve complexities and adjust. He is looking forward to enhancing its already robust offerings and ultimately allowing additional teams and leagues to enhance the fan experience and create solutions that will scale their business models to new heights.
