The new Customer Portal is part of Devolutions Cloud platform that has an online database to store and share remote connections, credentials and passwords. To generate and download installation packages for Remote Desktop Manager, the platform comprises custom installer and an online backup to automatically save Remote Desktop Manager session in secure off-site storage. With the new portal, customers will not have to place support request to find or retrieve any information.Remote Desktop Manager allows users to control various remote systems via a central repository of connections.
