Dhiraagu To Receive Next Gen Convergent Charging from ENABIL
CALGARY, AB: Dhiraagu, a telecom company and subsidiary of Batelcohas selected ENABIL Solutions,provider for telecom billing software for implementing its next generation convergent charging and customer care platform.
Under the contract ENABIL will provide implementation and management services for Dhiraagu’sconvergent charging, customer and billing care and a service control plane which is said to be delivered via a private cloud model.
The key benefits the solution includes convergence across all lines of business consisting of mobile, fixed line/broadband and IPTV, flexibility to manage changing market trends and support release of new services and finally reduction in IT operation and maintenance costs.
ENABIL solution makes use of core Oracle Communications BSS technologies constituting of Converged Charging and policy solution, billing and revenue management featuring an elastic charging engine, and network charging and control. In addition ENABIL will be offering their Customer Experience Manager (CEM), a web-based, extendible product capable of delivering a rich user experience.
