FREMONT, CA: Diebold Nixdorf is one of the best companies enabling connected commerce for the banking and retail industries, and is dedicated to driving connected commerce and consumer-centric solutions. ATM manufacturer Diebold Nixdorf has developed its services with Memphis-based First Horizon National Corporation, the parent company of First Tennessee Bank and Capital Bank. Under an umbrella solution integrating hardware, software, and services, they are including more than 250 branches and the company's network of nearly 500 ATMs.
For more than 150 years, Diebold Nixdorf has been guiding its customers strategically for the long term. First Horizon is a 30-year-old customer of Diebold Nixdorf, now it is renewing its contract with the company.
First Horizon National Corporation is a bank holding company offering regional banking, wealth management, and capital market services through the family of companies. This new collaboration of Diebold Nixdorf and First Horizon will modify the experience of consumers, and also improve the operational quality of the company.
To meet customers' banking preferences, First Horizon can add features and functionality to its ATMs by utilizing Diebold Nixdorf's Vynamic connection points terminal application software. In order to strengthen the modernization of ATM software, the ATMs will be upgraded to the Windows 10 operating system. Diebold Nixdorf will provide comprehensive maintenance for the bank's network as part of the five-year DN AllConnect Maintenance & Availability Services Agreement. The collaboration of First Horizon and Diebold Nixdorf includes endpoint monitoring, a robust operations center, hard drive encryption, advanced access controls, and inventory management. This will enhance the workflow of First Horizon. To combat frauds, security will be provided by Diebold Nixdorf's ActivEdge card reader.
