DLT Opens Up GitHub Enterprise Platform for Its Public Sector Customers

HERNDON, VA: DLT Solutions, a technology partner to federal, state and local government and education markets gets into strategic alliance with GitHub to enable GitHub Enterprise solution to DLT's public sector customers. This is GitHub's first government reselling partnership.

Built for the rigors of modern organizations, GitHub Enterprise delivers a powerful collaboration, code review and code management capabilities for open source and private projects.  The platform being an on premise version of GitHub.com integrates source control management, collaborative code review, powerful search, enterprise-grade security, intelligent issue tracking, and more into existing agency workflow.

DLT's running open source portfolio includes Red Hat, CloudBees and Ansible.DLT's considerable portfolio of Government-Wide Acquisition Contracts (GWACs) will be made accessible to GitHub Enterprise customers with this partnership. For federal government customers the contracts include SEWP V and NIH CIO-CS. For state and local government customers, the primary contract is SLED - TIPS (The Interlocal Purchasing System).
