DocAuto Launches New Watchdog Module Version to Monitor WorkSite Activity

FREMONT, CA: DocAuto, a provider of enterprise content management (ECM) solutions and services, releases a new version of their Watchdog Module solution to let administrators monitor all document activity within any number of WorkSite servers and databases.

The new module will monitor WorkSite activity to protect company assets. Through constant monitoring and provision of feedback, the solution stands out to improve client service. By providing timely notification, Watchdog module reduces response time to events. It has been designed to prevent content theft and unauthorized use of intellectual property through giving of instant notification of suspicious user activity at an organization level.

Watchdog module can disable user account if the user exceeds acceptable pre-defined activity threshold. It includes detailed events, user and document-by-document report data to generate custom notifications that contains NRL links. Data taken from external sources are filtered by the module. The new version will enable enterprises to monitor and manage all the activities happening in WorkSite through SMTP or SMS notifications. By augmenting knowledge management initiatives, this latest release notifies managers about content submission, approvals and its use.
