Document Editing Now Activated in Highspot with Office Online Integration
SEATTLE, WA: Sales enablement platform Highspot is now integrated with Microsoft Office Online, enabling sales reps to edit documents and presentations from within the platform. The integration comes with additional features like, real-time co-authoring with Office Online documents, content customization capabilities for sellers, sales content analytics, and increased error detection capabilities.
Customizing sales presentations is an exhausting process for sales reps as it consumes valuable time while complicating version control and sales performance tracking. Highspot’s integration with Office Online relieves reps of this predicament by providing a click and edit option that gives users the access to diverse customization choices. Moreover, Highspot’s Content Genomics offers content analytics that helps content owners to monitor usage as well as customer engagement of presentation. “The addition of real-time co-authoring makes it even easier for customers to take full advantage of Office Online for documents stored within Highspot,” said Steven Guggenheimer, Corporate Vice President and Chief Evangelist, Microsoft.
Another handy feature provided by Highspot is content “remixing” that allows sales reps to deliver to specific industries such as financial services and pharmaceuticals. Remixing helps users to create quick custom presentations by pulling out slides from “master decks”, restructuring slides within a presentation, or combining slides from multiple documents.
“Our vision for Sales Enablement is to make the whole sales organization more effective. By providing frictionless processes that keep sales reps operating within the platform, content owners have a closed-loop process to improve content quality, and sales management can share the best practices of their most effective salespeople,” said Robert Wahbe, CEO, Highspot.
