DriveSync Platform Is Now Enhanced with Program Analytics and Reporting Capabilities
WATERLOO, ON: Intelligent Mechatronic Systems (IMS), a connected car company partners with Pentaho, data integration and business analytics company to offer a new Business Center with a suite of program analytics and reporting.
IMS solves the core challenge of insurers by launching Usage-based Insurance (UBI), a method to track and monitor essential metrics, indicative of program success. The new feature incorporated by the solution enables auto insurers to monitor program growth, identifies end user behavior and analyzes the program health trends to achieve successful UBI programs.
"IMS is already recognized as a leader in the usage-based insurance industry based on our tried and tested expertise in end-to-end solutions and the versatility of the DriveSync platform. By embedding analytics and reporting capabilities into the DriveSync platform, IMS continues to redefine what the industry should expect in a comprehensive end-to-end UBI solution, while further demonstrating our focused commitment to client success," states Christopher Dell, Senior Director, Product Development and Management, IMS.
New UBI program management and reporting capabilities offered to auto insurers are: responsive dashboards and data visualization to manage key performance metrics related to program health; device tracking tools and comprehensive logistics monitoring to simplify program administration and management; integrated customer support tools for customer support issue investigation and management.
"Given our aligned vision around the Internet of Things (IoT), we also welcome IMS to the Pentaho Strategic Advisory Board to share their expertise in telematics and connected car solutions to help drive further innovation with Pentaho in emerging IoT sectors," says Donna Prlich, Vice President, Product Marketing and Solutions, Pentaho.
