Dun & Bradstreet Acquires NetProspex to Enhance B2B Marketing
SHORT HILLS, NJ: Dun & Bradstreet, a provider of data marketing solutions has acquired NetProspex –a provider of business-to-business (B2B) marketing data management services –to deliver greater global reach and insights into companies.
Marketers require an actionable view of companies and the people who run them. The acquisition addresses this growing need by integrating NetProspex’s professional contact database and Dun & Bradstreet’s global business data and analytics.
The latest move will combine: NetProspex’s ‘Workbench’ –a data services platform- and ‘CleneStep’ a data verification methodology, with Dun & Bradstreet‘s global commercial database to help organizations recognize areas with potential for growth.
The WorkBench platform helps companies to identify the health and coverage of their existing database, optimize demand generation efforts, and integrate data services into multiple inbound channels and webforms of the enterprise. It also facilitates businesses to find suitable opportunities for 1-to-1 and account-based marketing.
Adding to this, CleneStep enables organized maintenance of B2B database. It effectively screens records that can’t be used, removes hard bounces in order to ensure email deliverability and makes regular verification calls every month. The data verification methodology also makes use of 3D verification process and it allows users to leverage social networks to confirm company affiliation.
“Dun & Bradstreet already provides our customers and partners the most comprehensive view of companies around the world, and now our customers can reach the largest, most accurate set of decision makers and decision influencers," says Bob Carrigan, President and Chief Executive Officer and Director, at Dun & Bradstreet.
