EagleTree’s New Acquisition to help Achieve its Long-Term Growth Goals

Eagletree takes over The Channel Company to strengthen its strategic growth plans and expand its data and analytics capabilities.

EagleTree Capital secures The Channel Company from Stone-Goff Partners, a renowned lower middle market private equity firm, on behalf of its private equity fund EagleTree Partners V. The Channel Company is a top provider of business services for the IT sector.

With Blaine Raddon as CEO and Rob Wiseltier (one of the Company's founding partners) as CFO, the Channel Company's management team will stay unchanged. The Channel Company's founding partners Bob Faletra, Dan Dignam, and Lisa MacKenzie will continue to serve as consultants.
