Ease Launches Beacon for Auditing System Automation
MISSION VIEJO, CA: Ease, provider of production floor optimization software releases its new Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product – Beacon, to guide manufacturers automate auditing systems and improve layered process audit (LPA) programs.
Audits are tedious process which includes various operations, from implementation and staffing to remediation and result analysis. With help of Beacon, manufacturers can efficiently conduct LPAs across the organization and ultimately gain greater quality and reduction in cost at the plants.

Beacon adopts tablet technology, replacing paper-based auditing processes, key benefits drawn through this innovation include; provides real-time data, which allows managers to be diligent about potential issues instead of simple reactive to problems; offers close-loop reporting offering transparency into process conformance and corrective actions taken across operations; Beacon makes audits easier to create, schedule, manage, change and control .
Additionally Beacon can be integrated with existing manufacturing plant software, including enterprise resource planning (ERP) solutions, manufacturing execution systems (MES), and enterprise quality management software (EQMS).
