Eci Integrates FMAudit Solution with DOC Assess Tool to Better Fleet Assessment Services
FREMONT, CA: Eci Software Solutions, a provider of business and e-commerce solutions, announces the integration of its FMAudit managed print services (MPS) solution with Office Document Consulting(ODC) Inc.’s DOC Assess equipment-fleet assessment tool to give users of the MPS software the ability to help customers map their equipment fleets for maximum efficiency in both output and cost savings.
DOC Assess is a web-based assessment tool with a mobile mapping app created by ODC for use by MPS providers. The process of fleet assessment begins with the MPS provider loading a data collection agent at the customer site. Then in the next stage, print/copy volumes, equipment inventory and customer floor plans are uploaded into DOC Assess. The equipment inventory is mapped to its physical location on the floor plans. The MPS provider then loads a spreadsheet detailing the quantities of each model of equipment into DOC Assess and maps them to blank floor plans. The required financial parameters are input into DOC Assess and the end result is the proposed portion of the assessment. DOC Assess provides current and proposed comparisons with the annual savings clearly identified.
FMAudit is based on unique technology to create a product that integrates seamlessly with ERP system and streamlines meter collection, billing and supplies delivery processes. It is designed to provide everything you need to assess, analyze, propose, monitor and market your MPS strategy. By integrating FMAudit with DOC, Fleet assessment will no longer be time consuming and also the number of errors will be reduced giving more output.
