Enghouse Interactive to Strengthen Unified Communications Solutions of Voyager Networks
FREMONT, CA: Enghouse Interactive, a provider of interactive communications and quality management suite, partners with Voyager Networks, a provider of managed services and network technology, to deliver Enghouse Interactive solution to Voyager Networks’ clients.

Enghouse’s contact centre capability and QMS call recording solutions will allow Voyager Networks to strengthen their unified communications space and complement the core Cisco solutions used by Voyager Networks. Under the partnership, Voyager and Enghouse Interactive will develop a marketing strategy to introduce Enghouse solutions to the existing customers of Voyager and then expand their reach in the unified communications market.
Enghouse is a software and services company into designing solutions for communications, networking and transportation. These solutions are aimed at multiple enterprises ranging from telecommunications service providers to oil and gas utilities.
Voyager Networks offers managed services tailored for service deliver, subject matter expertise and experience in delivering technology transformation. The solutions offered by Voyager include cloud, mobility, communication and security services.
