Enterprise Collaboration Experience Gets a Facelift with Quicklaunch Toolbar

The application aims to revamp enterprise meeting room experience and increase team productivity as a whole which would help streamline the digital conferencing experience. It is designed to initiate meetings, launch applications, access data, play media and showcase organization’s content and takes the form of a tool bar which enables one touch access to corporate data, applications and business intelligence assets complete with all the white boarding capabilities.

To get started, a camera or a PC is all that is needed for starters. This real-time application can be utilized by university departments and healthcare workers as it makes it easier to integrate together existing and future AV equipment with Microsoft Lync and Skype for Business platforms. It provides a secure and seamless interface for users entering a meeting room  The integration with Microsoft Exchange, Skype for Business, and Lync environments helps to host conferences, collaborating around applications and content, and closing meetings by completely resetting the meeting space and deleting any residual meeting files.

Large organizations can leverage Quicklaunch to control settings of all of their collaboration rooms from a defined location.
