Erado's Solution to Address Compliance Need for Financial Services Industry
RENTON, WA: Erado, an electronic communication compliance provider that address FINRA and SEC regulations requiring the capture of third-party links has announced to include hyperlinks embedded in email, instant message, and SMS communications and has therefore extended its embedded hyperlink compliance solution.
Dealers, brokers and investment advisory firms can now achieve and monitor hyperlinks and content in electronic media using embedded hyperlink compliance technology that addresses the FINRA Regulatory Notice 11-39, Investment Advisers Act of 1940 Rule 204–2 and SEC 17a-3.
The solution not only helps the dealers and advisory firms , but also enables the financial services firms to capture third-party links, across all forms of electronic communications channels, including email, instant messages, text messages, social media; capture and archive the content of shortened third-party links commonly found in social media posts; enables the content to be delivered to Erado’s cloud based archive; enables to access and view all hyperlink web pages in the Erado archive enabling firms to reliably and efficiently survey linked web pages and flag potential issues.
“We are excited to be expanding this service to all forms of electronic communications,” says Craig Brauff, Chief Executive Officer, Erado. “As hyperlinked web content is increasingly referenced in email and social media, Erado’s solution addresses the essential compliance need for the financial services industry."
