ExtremeTix Selects Timbergrove Solutions for Improved Ticket Customer Experience

Houston, TX: Timbergrove Solutions, an IBM technology business partner specializing in IBM WebSphere, Maximo and Smarter Cloud software solutions, has been selected by Houston-based ExtremeTix, a software company that offers its clients – including the Shell Houston Open and Wings Over Houston – the means to sell and manage event tickets.

The partnership is based on the need to help oversee the planning and implementation of improvements to ExtremeTix’s ticketing software platform and the ultimate goal lies in the increase of scalability and maintainability of the platform for an overall improved user experience.

Tony DiCamillo, ExtremeTix SVP and General Manager, first approached Timbergrove in need of a comprehensive platform performance assessment. His objective was to enhance and expand the existing infrastructure and virtualize its current environment into the cloud for increased scalability and security.
