PLANO, TX: FieldAware launches a field service automation mobile application on Salesforce AppExchange platform, in which FieldAware’s Application Program Interface (API) includes mobile field service along with the Salesforce’s CRM capabilities.

Due to the deployment of FieldAware on Salesforce, customers can synchronize their data in real-time. Besides this, the users of either system gain access to manipulate the transactional data like create, read, update and delete. Salesforce customers are presented with added benefit of pushing customer data and job information changes over to FieldAware.

The procedure is customizable for work order lifecycle such as work order management, asset management, job scheduling, time tracking, quotes and invoicing. Through SalesForce AppExchange, workers at the field site can access up-to-date front and back office information, engage customers and make better decisions on selling. In addition to Salesforce for CRM support, FieldAware also partners with Sage for accounting assistance to provide 360 degree view on a customer; realizing the ultimate goal of providing customer satisfaction.
