FinancialForce Customers Recognized as Top Performers in Maturity Benchmark

SAN FRANCISCO, CA: FinancialForce, the cloud ERP vendor with apps built entirely on the Salesforce App Cloud announced that its two Professional Services Automation (PSA) customers—CodeScience and Fruition Partners, a CSC Company, have been recognized as top performers in Service Performance Insight's (SPI) 2016 Professional Services Maturity Benchmark report. Through this report, professional service organizations (PSOs) understand their relative performance compared to an expansive benchmark of peers. The recognition of CodeScience and Fruition Partners' inscribes the credit of FinancialForce customers for the sixth consecutive year in SRI's annual industry benchmark.

According to the SPI PS Maturity Benchmark, 2016 will a bumpy year for professional services firms across the board. Amid the two major challenges of increasing sales pipelines and retaining talent, as projected by SPI, the report uncovered that those organizations which connect their CRM with PSA or full ERP suite will have more success in the year ahead than their peers and are more likely to achieve higher rank in the benchmark report, just like CodeScience and Fruition Partners.

CodeScience and Fruition Partners were ranked in the top five percent “Best-of-the-Best” performing PSOs, far outranking and the benchmark average, amongst the 549 participating organizations. The recognition also accounts for achieving significantly higher profits, acknowledging larger projects with comparatively more satisfied customers for both CodeScience and Fruition Partners.
