Omnix Appointment Concierge allows banks and credit unions to understand the availability and skill sets of the employees, and also scheduling the appointment with the right person at the right time. It helps in eliminating the frustration associated with missed meetings and automating the administrative booking process, saving staff and account holders valuable time.
