“With rising competition over the past few years, and challenging profit expectations, many financial institutions are turning to innovative and more effective approaches, like utilizing appointment setting technology to maximize the branch investment. Our new software as a service solution improves three critical performance areas in the branch- sales, service and employee productivity,” says W. Michael Scott, President and CEO, FMSI.

Omnix Appointment Concierge allows banks and credit unions to understand the availability and skill sets of the employees, and also scheduling the appointment with the right person at the right time. It helps in eliminating the frustration associated with missed meetings and  automating the administrative booking process, saving staff and account holders valuable time. The newly-launched software proves helpful in optimizing staff productivity by ensuring their idle time too.

In addition, basic features of the software includes handling of smart phone, online, phone, and in-branch appointment requests, sending out of confirmation and reminder mails, and interacting with popular calendar applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Gmail.

Talking about the newly- launched product, Scott mentions that one common theme they have heard from many of their clients is they would like more information to help them run their branches. “Omnix Appointment Concierge provides detailed business intelligence to help them make more informed staffing and marketing decisions,” he concludes.
