FolderMill Delivers Easy-to-Operate Document Processing Functionality
ALEXANDRIA, VA: fCoder Group, an imaging and document process automation enterprise software provider has recently launched a new software ‘FolderMill’ for auto printing PDF files that comprises flat interface and improved and extended features.
FolderMill transforms information into relevant and accessible data and offers document processing, document security and data exchange functionalities. It is tailored to optimize business operations in terms of efficiency. It utilizes “hot folders” to auto print PDF, JPEG and other files format on enterprise printers or desktop which can be shared amongst employees by simply placing documents into a shared hot folder.
FolderMill allows creation of multiple hot folders that perform various functions like one hot folder can prepare material for publication and another one can build compact archives. The latest software application features FolderMill Control Panel which empowers organizations with easy to operate user interface and enables setting up hot folders as well as assign tasks to them.
FolderMill supports numerous document types to print or convert, including MS word, Excel, Power Point, HTML, TIFF, PNG and GIF Image. It saves printer setting for individual print action and combines several documents of various types into multi-page file. In addition its small system footprint feature exports documents of any size into PDF, TIFF, PNG and JPEG. Enhanced image quantization algorithm functionality produces high resolutions of up to 600 DPI image document and copy, even while converting into black and white format. Employees can also instantly perform preset actions by utilizing FolderMill.
