FranConnect Acquires FranchiseBlast
FranConnect confirmed that FranchiseBlast has been acquired to enable franchise brands and multi-location companies to control end-to-end operational performance.
FREMONT, CA : FranConnect, the largest provider of franchise management tools to drive franchise sales, operations, and marketing performance, recently confirmed that it has acquired FranchiseBlast. The acquisition marks a breakthrough for FranConnect. It offers the only business platform that enables franchise brands and multi-location companies to control end-to-end operational performance from the company to the unit level.
The integration of FranchiseBlasts software to the FranConnect platform provides the FranConnects operational management solution with complementary, best-in-class abilities, especially in field management, like site audits and self-assessments. The FranchiseBlasts Field Audits app simplifies preparing, conducting, reviewing, and acting on-field audits to increase franchisees' engagement, enhance unit-level economics, and ensure compliance with franchisees while decreasing overhead field operations and infrastructure. FranchiseBlasts franchisee self-assessments allow operators to consistently progress between field evaluations, keeping a pulse on how they operate while maintaining continuity and compliance with the brand.
"Over the last 14 years, FranchiseBlast has emerged as a respected provider of franchise management solutions, serving the specific needs of field operations teams. With FranchiseBlasts capabilities in field audits, self-assessments, and reach into the unit-level, we saw an enormous opportunity to enhance FranConnects enterprise operations and performance management solution to deliver an unmatched platform for brands seeking to drive operational success across the franchise system," said Gabby Wong, CEO of FranConnect. "FranConnect has a deep commitment to helping the franchise industry thrive and we are continuously focused on how we can better serve current and future customers.
