Frontline Managed Services Acquires LOGICFORCE
LOGICFORCE has been acquired by Frontline Managed Services, one of the world's biggest providers of managed services specifically tailored for the legal sector.
FREMONT, CA: LOGICFORCE, a legal IT consulting service with more than 23 years of experience representing numerous middle market and large law firms throughout the country, has been acquired by Frontline Managed Services, one of the world's biggest providers of managed services specifically tailored for the legal sector. Frontline Managed Services added 50 specialists to its IT Managed Services team due to this acquisition, bringing the overall number of workers to more than 750. Gulam Zade, CEO of LOGICFORCE, and Bret Babcock, CFO, and COO of Frontline Managed Services, will join the Frontline Managed Services executive team. The acquisition also adds LOGICFORCE's unique Synthesis E-IT Secure (SEITS) service to the Frontline Managed Services platform, a complete review of law firm technology and business objectives that results in an actionable blueprint for greater profitability.

Frontline Managed Services welcomed more than 100 new law firm clients, ranging from the middle market to major, global firms, to its current client base, which includes over 40 percent of the AmLaw 200 and numerous mid-sized firms due to the acquisition. After this partnership, LOGICFORCE will combine under the banner of Frontline Managed Services, gaining access to the global provider's additional assistance, scale, and management. Clients will also profit from Frontline Managed Services' "Office in a Box" strategy to synergistic law firm operations, which provides a full-service managed services platform. Its Administrative, Financial and IT Managed Services lines are included in this.
