Genpact and BlackLine Collaborate to Deliver BPaaS Solution
NEW YORK, NY: With an aim to provide value and profitable results to a number of companies in several industries all over the world, Genpact, designer of the Lean Digital enterprise, has integrated with BlackLine, provider of Enhanced Finance Controls and Automation (EFCA) software and has become the BlackLine Platinum Partner in BlackLine’s global Business Outsourcing (BPO) Partner Program.
With this partnership, Genpact’s record-to-report process and domain-specific Finance & Accounting (F&A) expertise gets united with BlackLine’s unified SaaS (Software as a Service) platform to deliver a transformative end-to-end Business Process as a Service (BPaaS) solution, which is built to help global enterprises in the automation and optimization of account resolution, manual journals, intercompany transactions and traditional manual financial close process. Also, it helps organizations in critical processes across their entire F&A organizations.
“Genpact’s close-to-disclose process transformation efforts have always been about reducing our clients’ business process costs, optimizing their process effectiveness and efficiencies, as well as improving the ability to capture, validate and provide the timely and accurate financial data necessary to meet regulatory requirements,” comments Shantanu Ghosh, Senior VP, CFO Services and Consulting, Genpact.
“The BPaaS solution we’re offering through our partnership with BlackLine will enable us to generate even further agility, regulatory safeguards, and positive bottom-line contribution to our clients, he adds.”
Moreover, the new combined Genpact-BlackLine BPaaS solution provides advanced accuracy, better regulatory compliance and diminished costs to clients with complex, high-volume monthly and year-end core accounting process based on a single, constant, controlled, and fully apparent process with simple client management and hand-off capabilities. The solution also holds Genpact’s Lean Digital approach, which joins digital technologies, design thinking and Lean management principles to generate optimum business value from digital investments across front, middle and back-end operations for clients.
