ROCKVILLE, MD: Get Real Health, a bi-directional data sharing patient engagement platform has partnered with Tribridge, a technology services firm providing business applications and cloud solutions to develop a patient engagement platform for Tribridge’s product, Health360.
Health360, a CRM-powered suite of solutions that address care coordination, customer experience, and customer engagement uses InstantPHR as its patient engagement component. Health 360’s solution integrates with existing systems to collect, analyze and report customer intelligence.
InstantPHR being a flexible platform integrates with Health360, allowing hospitals, healthcare organizations and other healthcare providers to offer patients a complete care management program thereby improving patient outcomes while lowering costs.
