GlobiFlow for Podio Launches New Feature for Citrix Podio Automation
FREMONT, CA: GlobiFlow for Podio, a business management provider, releases a new feature Citrix ShareFile integration in its Citrix Podio Automation service allowing users to secure their files and project online. Citrix Podio Automation service provides workflow automation and data visualization for Citrix Podio.
Citrix Podio is a tool that enables creation of apps and setting up workspaces to support workflows. Citrix Podio Automation service enables users to save time and money by automating data on Podio account. Citrix Podio Automation helps in triggering important dates or changes, creating or updating Podio items, assigning tasks, sending and receiving mails and texts, generating PDFs and inserting visual graphs and charts. With the introduction of ShareFile integration, users can access files from anywhere at any time while keeping audit trails and help users to manage workflows with a fully integrated file storage solution. Moreover, it allows users to save any PDFs generated by GlobiFlow or any other data on the Podio account to their ShareFile account.
"We are always listening to our users, and strive to make GlobiFlow the de facto Podio add-on in the market. Over the last few months, there have been many requests by our users to save files securely online. Since there was no connector previously, ShareFile users could only use their file storage as a stand-alone service. Now it can be fully integrated into their business process when using Podio," says Andreas Huttenrauch, Chief Digital Strategist, GlobiFlow.
