GoDaddy Joins Jive users Community to Connect Employees
PALO ALTO, CA: Jive Software, provider of communications and collaboration solutions for business and enterprises; has recently announced that Jive-n interactive intranet solution has been selected by GoDaddy in order to connect their employees’ worldwide independent of their location and devices.
GoDaddy a publicly traded Internet domain registrar and web hosting company, has implemented Jive-n connecting more than 4,500 of its employees this summer while providing dedicated workspaces for teams involved in various projects within the organization. The application is integrated with the company’s JIRA technical community enabling colleagues to easily share project contents across time zones and functional teams.
Additionally, GoDaddy leverages Jive’s internal communications tools for more consistent and effective distribution and sharing of news as well as monitoring views and opinions shared by the employee communities. The company also utilizes Jive-n to disseminate important updates and data to thousands of its contact center employees providing support to more than 13 million customers globally.
