Greenhouse and TalentWise align to Increase Recruitment Efficiency
NEWYORK, NY: Greenhouse Software, a recruiting optimization platform has partnered with TalentWise to provide employers a simplified candidate screening and onboarding process to help them hire qualified talent faster.
TalentWise is a firm that automates the hiring process from start to finish with compliance built in, allowing HR departments to manage offers, screening, and onboarding activities using single solution.
This partnership will help Greenhouse’s customers to directly check the background and the drug screening for the candidates from directly within the Greenhouse recruiting system. Through a unified system to recruit, screen and onboard candidates provides a more efficient, streamlined recruitment-to-hire process.
Also, the integrated system improves consistency and accuracy. By reducing loopholes in data and incomplete hiring documents, both the organizations can improve acquiescence with corporate hiring policies as well as regulations outlined by the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) and Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC).
“This integration provides a positive experience for candidates, HR professionals and hiring managers, offering a simple process that saves their time over their previous manual-entry methods,” says Daniel Chait, CEO, Greenhouse.
Commenting on the partnership, Todd Owens, CEO of Talentwise says, “With the 360-degree visibility offered through the TalentWise and Greenhouse integration, HR and hiring managers can deliver greater transparency into the hiring process, and their candidates have a great experience with your brand.”
For Greenhouse customers, the other benefits of this integration includes, automated notifications and alerts to ensure candidates are advancing through the hiring process without unnecessary delays, and access to TalestWise’s customer service team to address questions immediately.
