Greenwave Systems Brings IoT to Life at Mobile World Congress
IRVINE, CA: The new era of mobile technology or IoT is bringing a huge change in the market. Today, the IoT encompasses billions of smart, connected “things” that touch every aspect of the consumers’ lives. IoT is comprised of smart machines interacting and communicating with other machines, objects, environments and infrastructures. Greenwave Systems, a global IoT software and service company changes the way its customers create, manage and deliver IoT devices and services with its innovative Greenwave360º engagement model. The company plans to bring connected environments to life through interactive IoT stations at Mobile World Congress, from February 22 to 25, 2016 in Barcelona.
The Greenwave 360° integration model and scalable AXON Platform software solution enable brands to profitably implement managed services. Greenwave's mission is to increase the awareness and use of IoT in the mass market by allowing leading companies to utilize the technology to create extensive customer connectivity. The company’s leading partners like E.ON and Verizon are able to fortify their existing networks and extend into new connected ecosystems to manage and monetize IoT and M2M devices.
“We look forward to showcase the power of AXON at Mobile World Congress,” said Martin Manniche, Founder and CEO of Greenwave Systems. AXON is a horizontally designed software platform that translates the communication between various IoT devices into a standardized IP-based language. The AXON Platform can be operated as a gateway as well as in the cloud, thus making it suitable for the provision of services in the areas of home automation and monitoring, security and surveillance, assisted living and media management. Furthermore, applications from third-party manufacturers can easily be integrated into AXON via modules and API interfaces. When configured as a building set, AXON can be used to create secure, smart and expandable solutions. “The customer feedback we received at CES this year surpassed our expectations and we are eager to share this new demo experience with the European audience.”
